Frequently Asked Questions

What's the driving range experience like at this French course, and does it offer anything special?

You'll find a really solid driving range here, often with premium range balls that actually feel like your own. We love that many of the hitting bays offer lovely views of the surrounding French countryside, making practice feel less like a chore and more like a warm-up for a great day.

Is the short game practice area comprehensive enough to really improve my chipping and pitching?

Absolutely, the short game zone is a highlight. It features multiple greens with varying undulations, dedicated chipping areas from different lies, and a realistic bunker complex. You can easily spend an hour here working on every shot within 100 yards, which we highly recommend before your round.

How much does it cost to use the practice facilities, and do I need to book them in advance?

Using the driving range usually requires purchasing tokens for balls, typically a few euros for a basket, but it's often included if you're playing a full round. The short game area and putting greens are generally free to use for golfers with a tee time. You don't usually need to book practice facilities, but arriving a bit early during peak season ensures you'll get a spot.

When is the best time to utilize the practice areas to avoid crowds and get the most out of my session?

We always suggest hitting the practice areas early in the morning or later in the afternoon, especially during the busy summer months. This way, you'll avoid the midday rush and often enjoy cooler temperatures, allowing for a more focused and relaxed practice session before or after your game.

Are there any professional coaching services or advanced practice technologies available at the course?

Yes, the course typically has resident golf professionals available for lessons, ranging from quick tune-ups to full swing analysis. While not every bay might have it, you'll often find at least one dedicated bay equipped with launch monitor technology for a deeper dive into your swing data and ball flight, which we find incredibly helpful.
