Landeryds Golfklubb
Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time of year to play at Landeryds Golfklubb?
You'll find Landeryds truly shines from late May through early September. The long daylight hours mean you can easily fit in 36 holes, and the courses are typically in fantastic condition. Just be prepared for potential summer showers, so pack a light rain jacket.
Landeryds has multiple courses- which one should I prioritize playing?
If you only have time for one, we highly recommend the Östra course; it's the championship layout and offers a fantastic challenge with its varied terrain and strategic bunkering. For a more relaxed but still engaging round, the Västra course is a great choice, often more forgiving but still demanding good course management.
What kind of experience can I expect at Landeryds Golfklubb, beyond the golf itself?
Landeryds offers a very welcoming, friendly atmosphere, feeling like a true local club despite its size. The clubhouse is comfortable, and you'll find excellent practice facilities, including a driving range and chipping greens, perfect for warming up or honing your short game. It's a place where you can easily spend the whole day.
What's the typical cost for a round at Landeryds, and how should I book?
Green fees are quite reasonable for the quality, generally ranging from 500-800 SEK depending on the course and time of week. We strongly advise booking your tee times online well in advance, especially for weekend play on the Östra course, as it gets busy.
Is Landeryds a walkable course, and are there any signature holes I should look out for?
Yes, all three courses at Landeryds are very walkable, which is a big plus if you enjoy carrying your bag or using a push cart. Keep an eye out for the par-3 17th on the Östra course- it's a beautiful, challenging hole that demands precision over water.
